Your communication was excellent! After logging on and emailing my furniture request to UK, I was contacted by you within 2½ hours! And I live in Hong Kong - 8 hours ahead! I was very impressed by that. All my future email communications were answered same day (often within hours). The whole process was very easy considering I was doing everything remotely. Also, I changed the order once and your team was very accommodating. When I arrived at my home, the beds were installed and lamps were working. Everything was in place.
